Milford Sound Film Set – Alien Covenant
Navigating challenging weather conditions (four seasons in one day) and sand flies, Flying Trestles provided on-set catering with three catering trucks and a prep marquee, serving 300-400 crew members daily over five weeks.
Mission Impossible - Fallout
At the stunning Glenorchy location near Queenstown, Flying Trestles catered for the Mission Impossible: Fallout production, serving up to 600 crew members per day over a period of 2-3 weeks.
South Island Film Set – A Wrinkle in Time
Flying Trestles supported the production of A Wrinkle in Time across multiple South Island locations, catering for 200-300 crew members daily over a period of 4-5 weeks.
